Only Two VERY minor issues: 1) There is some slight dark staining and spots only on rainfly and bottom (underside) of tent - unknown source - thoroughly cleaned - only slight discoloration in a few places - please see photos. 2) There is slight inconsequential (easily repairable) seam tearing (in mesh) at the top-end of the dividing seams (3 out of 4) in the hanging mesh pockets on the inside walls of the tent - please see photos the worst two… in the very last image (#12). There are no rips / tears / holes / unraveling or loosening in the structure of the tent or fly Otherwise, there are slight & insignificant abrasions on the floor of the tent - as to be expected from careful pitching/use/storage of the tent The fabrics and seams (& seals) are in excellent condition There are NO detectable “wear or stress” points on the tent, rainfly… or any of the proprietary “No-See-Um” mesh on the entry door or the “skylight” All zippers work flawlessly, buckles & straps are like new (see photos) Thoroughly cleaned and kept in climate-controlled storage (no odors, smells or evidence of mildew stains whatsoever) No issues with "tackiness" or otherwise with the PU coating on the bottom/floor of the tent Breaux “clips” or “grips” are in excellent condition Poles are in excellent condition with only a slight curve as might be expected from bending over a 200-degree curve for extended periods. (one section was professionally replaced after an accidental “step” caused damage) Clear vinyl window in the rainfly is clear and supple - no signs of stiffness or discoloration Colors of the tent and the fly are still bright and vibrant (not faded / sun-damaged) Nothing broken or missing Overall, this is as close to a 10 as you’ll probably find for any 13 y/o tent. There are no rips / tears / holes / unraveling or loosening in the structure of the tent or fly Otherwise, there are slight & insignificant abrasions on the floor of the tent - as to be expected from careful pitching/use/storage of the tent The fabrics and seams (& seals) are in excellent condition There are NO detectable “wear or stress” points on the tent, rainfly… or any of the proprietary “No-See-Um” mesh on the entry door or the “skylight” All zippers work flawlessly, buckles & straps are like new (see photos) Thoroughly cleaned and kept in climate-controlled storage (no odors, smells or evidence of mildew stains whatsoever) No issues with "tackiness" or otherwise with the PU coating on the bottom/floor of the tent Breaux “clips” or “grips” are in excellent condition Poles are in excellent condition with only a slight curve as might be expected from bending over a 200-degree curve for extended periods. (one section was professionally replaced after an accidental “step” caused damage) Clear vinyl window in the rainfly is clear and supple - no signs of stiffness or discoloration Colors of the tent and the fly are still bright and vibrant (not faded / sun-damaged) Nothing broken or missing Overall, this is as close to a 10 as you’ll probably find for any 13 y/o tent.
