I take very good care of my backpacking gear. This Marmot EOS 1 tent was used on 1 four day trip and comes with the footprint/groundsheet. If you replace the stock stakes with aluminum tent stakes, this tent weighs close to 3 1/2lbs. Tent is in excellent condition- just selling off some surplus items. No tears, rips or other issues. Ultralight, poles are all shock corded together for easy setup. Just as good as similar MSR tents. The bag that holds aluminum poles does have a tear that doesn't affect usability.
