The tent material is made of polyester taffeta and the floor material is made of polyester oxford. The tent comes with a 1-year waterproofing adhesive already sprayed on the tent. After the first year of use, we recommend the tent be sprayed with a waterproofing seam-sealer (could use McNett Seam Sealer). All of our tents fit within the CPAI84 fire-resistant act, however the tents are not fireproof. Do not attempt to cook, smoke, or use any form of lighter inside the tent.
