I have a really great 12' X 9' tent for sale, it's clean and in very good condition. This 6 person tent has a 6' 10" head room height. It is made by Coleman, series #8429-729. Made with a flame retardant canvas blend that keeps the interior cool in the summer and retains heat in the winter for comfortable year round camping. Two screened and interior zippered windows measure 3' 6" wide and 2' 8" tall. The 5' wide X 6' 10" entryway is huge. Other features include steel stake loops, rope bead perimeter, stain and water resistant floor, and a white canvas roof for light and heat deflection. This tent is an easy, one person, set-up. There has been a repair on a small, 1 and a half inch tear in the canvas wall (see pictures, front left). The repair appears to be professionally done and won't affect long term use. Tent package includes tent, aluminum shock-corded tent poles, ground cloth (footprint), stakes, guy lines (rope), owners set-up and care instructions, and storage bag.
