Quechua Base Seconds pop-up tent that has been used twice and is like new. All in excellent order. One small hole (about 1/2 cm in diameter) which could be easily repaired. Plus small hole on carry bag. Neither effect use but being honest. 100% feedback. Use: Pops up in 10 seconds, fully pitched in less than 2 minutes. free-standing (easy to move around, no pegs necessary when there is no wind, but ideal installation uses 10 pegs). Folds down in less than 2 minutes (once you have the "knack" as shown in the instruction video - lots on YouTube) room inside for 4 - 6 people seated comfortably at a table Poles:- Solid fibreglass; highly break resistant. Ventilation:- 1 ventilation flap under each of the 3 "overhangs", 4 insect-net windows (can be closed off) + 1 ceiling ventilation flap. everything is designed for optimum ventilation and to reduce natural condensation. Waterproofing:- Like all quechua tents, the waterproofing has been particularly well-developed, approved in lab tests (whole tent in a shower of 200 litres/h/m²!) and in field tests. (pu coated polyester flysheet, thermobonded sealed seams.) the waterproof qualities of twinned 2 seconds bases have been checked under the same conditions. Carrying bag - 85cm diameter disc, 10cm thick and 2 straps for occasional carrying, The tent erected is 190 cm tall and 225cm x 225cm square at base.
