I bought this a few months ago for an overnighter and have determined that I need a medium. Though I am tall, my torso is short and thus my goof in sizing is your gain. The pack is used but like I mentioned, only used once for an overnighter and is in excellent slightly-new condition with only perhaps a smidgen of dust here and there.
