Kyham annex extends lounge by two thirds, bedroom suits 4 or 2 with lots room, two kyham carpets for lounge and bedroom. Fully sewn in tent. Good stand up height in lounge area. Ground sheet pegs, original repair kit all included. Tent is famously pop up so firm poles built into tent. Quick errect system. Tent/annex always fully dried before tucked away in original kyham bags and stored in house not garage. 1 small repair not affecting waterproof as fully tested in Cambridgeshire summer gales ;). Bedroom use of a roll up devider, large living area with windows and 2 access door, large door also has mesh door and can be put up as a canopy with original poles provided. Location near Milton Keynes Fantastic high quality tent built to last. No messing with poles to errect the tent. Annex slips over and secured with easy to use poles and guys. Unfortunately poor health forces sale. Many years left and would make ideal for couple or small family holidays! This tent is built to last and will be ideal for a variety of UK weather!
