This Outwell Oakland XL comes with front extension-awning, carpet and extra ground sheet. Excellent condition. The Oakland XL living space measures a generous 3.7 x 2.9m and features a large front panel door which can be rolled up or propped open to form a sun canopy. There is also a side entrance door with a very useful Rain-Save canopy over the top to protect the entrance in bad weather. There are also multiple windows which allow in a massive amount of light but each window also features a toggle-up curtain cover so that you can regulate your daylight and privacy levels. The tent is designed to sleep 5 in a 3+2 universal inner tent, one half of which can be detached and folded away if not being used. The Outwell Oakland XL has a hybrid frame which is to say it has a combination of two steel poles with two Duratec fibreglass poles that help create a huge amount of space without adding greatly to the weight of the tent.
