Hi! Please note that I have two of these for sale (if one hasn't been purchased) and they are the same brand. The canvas is very similar but the frames are different. The frame on this one I would definitely want to replace as it's very weak. This is an extremely rare vintage canvas tent that is sure to make you the envy of the car show crowd when you have this nice tent over the back of your Chevy Nomad or maybe a VW Bus. Canvas is in very good condition and is extremely heavy. Door zipper is fine as are all grommets. The canvas opening in about 46" wide on top at the tent, 67" long on top, 56" wide at the outside top opening and the opening is about 22" high off the ground. Stakes are included with this tent (not the other). You can see two photos where I did a "before and after" using a brush and the white stains seem to mostly disappear. It's definitely not mildew; I've owned a lot of tents and know what that looks like. This canvas has a very heavy "oil" treatment that will repel water well. The photo with the frame set up holding the tent out is for my other tent but it gives you an idea of what the tent looks like more spread-out. If you search for "station wagon tent" on the internet you will find a few photos of what they look like on a car. The photo of the instructions is also for the other tent I have for sale (no instructions with this one). Please examine photos and condition notes to ensure this is what you want.
