A:We are directly manufacturer also providing OEM service due to our strong R&D team and advanced technology.

Q:Is it safe to drive the scooter?

A:Since it is sport entertainment product, it requires you to grasp some basic skills before driving it freely. Helmets and knee pads are basic protective kits needed.

Q:What kind of payment do you accept?

A:Within 1 Year of warranty time, which starts from the day you receive the scooter, you only need to describe what problem you have and how it happens. Only engineers will analyze and give you the solution to solve the problem(through video instructions etc). If problem happened under normal situation, we will provide you free spare parts by express after getting the spare parts from  you; if it is caused by accident or other non normal situation, you will be charged the cost of the spare parts. Any of your problems will be handled promptly and appropriately with our professional technical support.
