I purchased this tent less than a month ago for the wife and I to take on backpacking trips. We have since used it once, and have decided we'd like something a little larger. The tent is awesome, lightweight, and well made, just a little too small for us (we like our space!).Tent is in pretty much new condition (a tiny bit of dust on the footprint, stakes show some use, etc.). Comes with everything except 1 tent stake, which I managed to lose. So there are only 7 stakes now instead of 8. It should be easy enough to find a replacement for a couple dollars at the local outdoor store. Also, rarely do you ever need all 8 stakes, unless you're camping through a bad rainstorm and want to stake out the rain fly perfectly.The new price on REI for this tent + footprint is over $500 w/ tax
