Mesh on window and door allows excellent ventilation. As well as a separate vestibule to add space to the tents foot print. It only has minor dirt and stains from minimal use. Total weight is 12 pounds. comes with a 31" x 6" storage bag for all the items. as well: tent, rain fly and vestibule;poles for tent rain fly and vestibule, ground stakes and storage sacks for tent poles and vestibule.Instructions on how to assemble the tent is attached to the tent bags.
