Outwell Bear Lake 6 Polycotton 6 person tent. Excellent Quality Tent!!Includes Bear Lake 6 Tent, with Zip in Bathtub Groundsheet, Footprint Groundsheet Composition 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester, the tent remains warmer inside when it's cold outside and cooler inside when it's hot outside. Unlike nylon tents it doesn't suffer with condensation. It has a super rigid frame system which is stable in the strongest winds, and being polycotton it is much quieter than nylon tents, so no flapping noises when the wind does get up. There are no rips or holes in the tent and it has always been packed away dry and stored in dry conditions. There is a small hole on one of the bedroom retaining straps that can easily be sorted, see photo. The 2 small poles for the side door have a little rust, this does not effect the tent at all. It has a heavy duty bathtub type (zip in) ground sheet, so no uninvited wildlife or water getting in. Very clean tent. Non-smoking.The main living area is huge, with two sleeping areas (sleeping 2 & 4) even the smallest section has space for a double inflatable mattress.The windows are through plastic, with fly sheets and built in curtains. With large window area, the living area is bright as well as spacious. There is a door to either side (with the same features as the side windows). The front has a vertical face and door leading to the canopy area.
It has a central light hanging point with velcro cable retaining tabs. There are various storage pockets. Costs about £1000 new
