Offering our old Coleman "Holiday" Tent, 8x10, Vintage Canvas Model 8430-710 This tent has provided many, many nights of camping through the decades and is in wonderful shape. Time to pass it on. There are no holes in the walls or ceiling. It has been too long to remember if it had been treated for waterproofing, but as we were taught in those days, do not touch the sides during rain events! The ties to hold the door and windows open are intact. No holes in the netting. Defects: Missing three plastic end caps that do not affect function. One top peg has broken off but modification was made with a durable screw that works fine. Zipper on bottom left side of door is stuck and has about 8" where it needs to be sewn. I attempted to unstick it, but did not want to force it. Access is no problem on the right side. I would suggest a good oiling of all zippers. Two small, 1/4 tears in floor near the door that can easily be repaired with a vinyl patch. Two of the poles are missing the metal snaps but we have used wooden pegs that function quite well. Tent has NOT been treated for flammability retardation and the caution tag is still intact. Tent does have that good old canvas smell that cannot be found in modern nylon.Will ship poles in one box and tent in another. Please do not pay until invoiced with actual costs.No international shipments.
