Hi Outwell Hartford XL 8 berth tent with panoramic porch, footprint and carpet. Footprint, carpet and porch footprint all additional extras to provide insulation and comfort. 2012 in excellent condition with no rips or tears. An ideal tent for families or large groups as there are 3 sleeping quarters leading off a large living space in the centre. The tent has a built in groundsheet including in the panoramic porch which creates a large additional living space. Ideally takes two people to set up as it is quite large. One thing I will say is one section of a pole is fractured. It does not impact on how the tent performs or sets up, this is the only bit that makes this tent imperfect. Can deliver at £1.25 a mile or collection preferred Halesowen area. Thanks for looking. 07919470973
