Reluctant sale but we don't need such a large tent now. In very good condition, slight fabric fray on the bottom of the zip to one of the bedrooms but in does not impede the tent in any way (see last picture). It has only ever been pitched using the footprint groundsheet so seen in groundsheet has no damage.
