Herolily Disposable Advanced Ice packs 2ply designed with plastic on one side and fabric on the other is purpose designed for the one-way transport of food and perishables, pathology samples, vaccines etc, or to be given to customers with their seafood, chocolate, cheese etc during the warmer months. It is ideal for transporters and exporters of food and perishables, pathology samples, and generally any product that requires refrigeration and going one way ideally in cold chain transport and packaging applications. In certain circumstances it can be used as a dry ice replacement. The main advantage of Herolily Ice Pack in comparison to other ice packs and gel packs is it is able to be frozen down to dry ice temperatures and unlike dry ice is not classified as a dangerous good. This model is currently used by many of the world's largest industry users and is considered a world industry standard and can be bulk hydrated. Herolily Ice Pack contain the most advanced refrigerants for maximum performance; It can also be cut in between cells to fit any size container. Instruction
Manual : 1.To hydrate your Herolily Advanced Ice faster use warm water. 2. Keep it fully immersed whilst hydrating the cells as water enters from both sides to activate polymer. 3.Scrunch sheets between hands while fully immersed in warm water until the air bubbles have escaped and cells have commenced hydration. Now it is ready to freeze or heat. Automatic: Place it into laundry machine with a regular wash cycle or water tank with stirring.. TO FREEZE: Put hydrated sheet into refrigerator or freezer. It can be taken out for using anytime. (Notice: The longer it is frozen, the longer it can last and stay cold.)
TO HEAT: Place hydrated sheet in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or wrapped in a towel in hot water. (Notice: Check to make sure sheet is not too hot before placing on body. Use a towel between your body and Herolily Advanced Ice for soothing relief. ) Suggestion Use
