Buyer pays for the return postage 2. The Buyer packs the item suitably. Returned goods must be packed in a suitable carton or similar for return shipping to help protect the item. 3. The item is successfully received by the Seller.  4. The item is in its original condition with packaging intact and not soiled. The item must not have been used. 5. You incur a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase.

What if the colour, material or design is different to what I expected? We take every care to ensure we provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images. Please read reasons below why your product may not be exactly what you had seen on your screen. Colours of products displayed on your computer monitor may vary from the actual colour of the item you are purchasing due to the high variance in colours utilised by computer monitors. Many of our products are produced with different patterns and materials which may be classed under the same desgin name (for example a "marble" pattern is never the same due to the nature of marble), and there may be variance in colour or pattern for this reason.  We do not offer refunds due to a variation in colour or pattern variance from that depicted on our website and / or your screen or monitor.
