Ryon's of Fort Worth Western Saddle 15"
Estimated price for orientation: 850 $
Category: Saddles
Class:
Description
15" Ryon of Fort Worth Tx western stock saddle. The name speaks for itself but for those not familiar with these older Ryons' saddles, it is pure quality. I have no idea of the age but know that it is an older Ryon. Serial number: B-15349, good leather, lining is the real sheeps wool, not the fake junk of today and in very good condition. Solid saddle that was used on a regular basis, it does show the typical signs of a good saddle doing its job, but what stands out to me is that it still has a lifetime or two of daily work to offer. You just don't see that anymore. The original silver was removed at some point and the stirrups are not original to this saddle and are newer add-ons, one of the original conchos was lost at some point and replaced with a standard concho. All in all it is a solid saddle ready to work for the next owner. Selling for a friend and she said this saddle came with a horse she bought many years ago. Was used on a variety of horses, from Arabs to Qhs as a lesson/show saddle. Was always stored in a temp. controlled tack room when not in use. Final sale, please ask questions you may have and we will try to get the answers to you as quickly as possible. Shipping will be free lower 48 states only. Please note: Saddle was used on several short backed Arabians and the skirts were shortened by a professional saddle maker to accommodate them Total length on this saddle is 23.5".
