The tent is a Cabanon Mistral. It's been used for about eight weeks, in about ten years! Always kept garaged. Includes 1 meter extension - never used.Lockable Fridge Box - with 2 keysTowbar, spare wheel and number plate bar with lights in great condition. It has two fold out double beds, and an under bed pod which can fit a cosy two but is more of a single. We use the other under bed area as storage, especially as its a little cooler under there. The main part of the tent is large, with a curtained wardrobe/toilet compartment and a curtained kitchen alcove. The built in kitchen unit has hardly been used, but has a couple of small coloured marks on it where things have rubbed.Hob has two burners and grill. There are curtains and inner tents in excellent condition throughout. All rubbers and ties are in good condition given age. Canvas was excellent last time, might have the odd pin-hole but weather proof. One pole has a very slight kink in it, doesn't affect the function. One under bed pole ditto. Only been used by us. Comes with Eco groundsheet, large plastic fridge box, 1m extension. Also a step which helps with putting it up. All pegs, guide-ropes and mallets.Include original instructions - see pictures Also included electric hook up, electric (mains or 12V) mini fridge, light unit - see pictures.Any questions please ask.
