This Jeff Smith tall cutting saddle was made in Terrell, Texas. It is in like new condition. The 16 1/2 inch hard seat is rough out as is the rest of the saddle. The overall skirt length is approximately 28 inches and the skirts are cut out for close contact. This saddle shows no signs of ever being on a horse. People sat in it at horse shows as a demo. The saddle has wide running w border, strings, maker marked dees, flat bottom aluminum stirrups, and a matching back cinch. There is no front girth.
