3 large bedrooms, spacious living area, walk-in hanging wardrobe, sewn in groundsheet. Large porch area, ideal for kitchen equipment with detachable ground sheet. (On the photos the porch is shown without the ground sheet as we don't always use it) Tinted windows with fly mesh - zip-up curtains. Steel poles. Cable entry point. Non-smokers and no pets. Bought new in 2012 Used but excellent condition, we are only selling due to downsizing now kids are grown up and not camping with us. PLEASE NOTE- there is a small tear along the seam at the bottom of front door, this could easily be stitched, however we have never bothered as this does not effect the tent in any way at all. Please see final photograph which shows the tear. Collection in person.
Happy for buyer to arrange own courier, however this is a very heavy item in 2 bags plus carpet. Also happy to deliver item within a 30 mile radius of DY13 8TH for a charge of £20 to be paid on delivery.
