This Vermont XLP has been up since the 10th of August on gravel so has had a bit of wear and tear on the groundsheet but has no holes in it. And the material has deteriorated due to being outside for 4 weeks in all conditions. This Tent also comes with an Ex-Display carpet. It has never been slept in. Feel free to come to the shop in St Albans to see it up and for any queries. It also will come in 2 boxes.
