I have owned this for about a year and never got round to using it. I set up up the main tent in my garden and it looks in very good condition with no rips in the canvas, it is very clean and has been stored in my dry garage. It has a awning with it, which I couldn't set up in my garden as it is very large so I do not know the condition, it is rolled up inside the trailer. Good tyres and a spare wheel too. One rear light lens is cracked but has been glued back together again. It is ready to tow away
