5 Year old Oztrail Chateau 10 All weather canvas 10 person tent.Excellent family tent, we are only selling because we are upsizing to the Chateau 12.Includes Oztrail polyester fully enclosed sunroom (no floor) with draft blocking velcro fastening system creating a third bedroom or changeroom.Includes all carry bags, instruction manual,ropes,pegs,multipocket organiserHeavy gauge galvanised steel polesTent floor area 225 x 580 cmTent head height 220 cmAwning 240 x 240 cmWeight 70 kgHas one tiny hole in the floor which has been sealed with waterproof tape.All walls and ceilings have mould stains,more visable from the inside.Entire tent has been washed down inside and out with warm soapy water to remove mould spores.Otherwise in excellent condition, no leaks,no damage to any zippers or mesh screens,no missing parts.Collect at Tewantin or FREE DELIVERY to Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.Can be freighted to any other destination at buyers expence.call colin 0400443674
