Der X-SO 70 Lady Mid GTX® von MEINDL ist mit der neuen GORE-TEX® SURROUND™ Technologie ausgestattet. Durch diese neue Technologie ist die Schuhe rundum atmungsaktiv und dauerhaft wasserdicht. Die Konstruktion unter dem Fuß ist dabei das Herzstück. Wasserdampf entweicht durch das GORE-TEX® Laminat in einen offenzelligen Spacer und von dort seitlich aus dem Schuh.
