We purchases this tent as Virgin campers and now love it so much we are investing in a new tent.
Inner pitch first. Comes with sewn in ground sheet, additional ground sheet for porch area. One pole has a repair but there are spares included. Comes in large bag with wheels.
This tent is a few years old and would benefit from taping or spraying of seams to help with water resistance.
Great family tent, loads of space, high ceiling in livibg are, husband is 6'5 and has plenty of room!
