Excellent condition. Only used twice. Comes with a custom made footprint that extends to the entire porch area (not standard on the stock footprint). The footprint weighs 300g. This is a seriously spacious tent with great head room. One of the best I have had. Only selling as I am going 'ultralight' with a tarp this year so won't be needing it. Plenty of room for porch cooking in bad weather.RRP is £450.
