I bought this lightweight (24 oz) tent directly from Henry Shires and Tarptent because of all of the great reviews in the backpacking blogs. However, I realized after using it a few times, that I really prefer a side-entry tent, not one where you enter at the beak. Therefore, despite the little use I've gotten out of this tent, I'm ready to part with it now and get a model with side entry. I bought this in June of 2014 and sealed the seams when it arrived. On the 8-10 occasions I have used it, it's been a wonderful tent. It pitches easily and quickly with a trekking pole holding up the beak. There's a lot of adjustments you can make to the height of the footbox area, the tightness of the sides and the vestibule, etc. on first use, I was surprised at all of the adjustments that could be made that I didn't read about ahead of time.Although this is technically a solo tent, the interior space is quite large. I can fit most of my gear in the tent with me and not a small person. I bought this tent for $223, but I am willing to sell it for $180.
