I no longer have my mule, and unfortunately his beautiful saddle won't fit my mare. Believe me...I tried my best to make it work...I love this saddle! 
The whole set up matches down to the bridle curb strap, and is a rich Mahogany in color. The saddle is 15" and very light. (I'm guesstimating 18lbs). It has a high back and sits very deep and secure. This is without a doubt the most comfortable saddle I have ever owned. 
Crupper is brand new as is the curb strap. The pulling collar was upgraded to include wither strap, and straps to go around the d rings. Everything was kept inside and cleaned after each ride and is in great condition, with just signs of normal use. I haven't even really broke any of it in yet! I paid $1400 new.
