This tent was an REI used gear tent and is in excellent shape. The only small flaws are a small rip to the bag and a small hole in the mesh that is a super easy fix. It is covered with tape but could easily be stitched. It's approx the size of a quarter. Other than that the tent is super nice. Maybe some slight dirt and possible small pet hair but nothing bad and smells new. Comes complete. No footprint. Please see pictures for details as they're an equal part of the description. What is missed in word is made up for in picture. Thanks so much. The tent was marked with small X to signify a returned item.
