The tent is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, or runs in the netting. All the zippers work perfectly, and all the seams are 100% waterproof. The rainfly has some tiny dark spots on it from a tree I spelt under in Utah. The picture exaggerates them quite a bit, as they aren't very visible from 2+ feet away.I'm including the footprint and 6 stakes as well. Save yourself some money and buy this amazing tent.
