Tent has been used once, in new condition. Comes with everything included in new condition with tent, stakes, fly, lines, stuff sack. There are no rips or tears. Purchased because of the ultralight weight (2 lbs), but looking for a smaller one person tent instead. Tent retails for $349 at all major camping stores.
