Tent has been used 2 times. Always stored dry and lose. No holes or fabric damage (I had it set up and looked). Have owned the tent since new (1.5 years). Never set up for prolonged periods of time. Includes tent,fly,poles,stakes, stuff sack,footprint. Great 4-season tent that I just don't use anymore.
