What are my shipping options? If your shipping destination is within the 48 contiguous states, we will pay Ground Shipping fees for you! Because we cannot guarantee an arrival date or time frame with Ground Shipping, choose 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Express for orders that need to arrive by a specific day. If we receive your order by 12 pm PST M-F, it usually ships that day. Orders received after 12 pm PST usually ships the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day regardless of shipping method. For holiday shipping, cut-off dates are based on guarantees provided by USPS, UPS and FedEx. If the parcel is being delivered to an address experiencing severe weather conditions, to avoid delays, please add additional time from the cut-off date when placing your order as this guarantee excludes severe weather conditions or any other acts of God. What about oversized items? Because oversized items require special shipping considerations, a surcharge will be added to the shipping price. We'll contact you for approval of the shipping price if the price plus surcharge is different than the price shown in your checkout cart. Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes! We ship internationally via USPS.
