I am 5'2 " and discovered I need a 14 inch seat. That said, the leathers are the shortest length. Please see the specializedsaddles.com website for exact measurements. Montana Cincha girth included
There are some minor scuff marks. Billets show that the saddle has been used but are still in great shape.

All you do is pull the big pads of the base and reattach them wider or narrower to get the basic fit that you need for variations on a Medium tree.
