MSR Hubba Hubba NX - New model - Green - I purchased this tent for an expedition which did not go ahead. I set it up once in the garden to check that everything was there and so is still new with labels.
Details Fully geodesic (self standing) ultralight 2 person tent with room for gear. Designed to give two people all the space they need to live in, eat in and store gear in, all in a lightweight ulta-strong package. A long standing and hugely popular lightweight camping tent, now updated for 2016. Engineered for 3-season camping with multiple setup options from inner tent only to fly only. The MSR Hubba Hubba NX is a perfect companion for motorcycle camping trips around the world. The beautifully designed symmetrical geometry, and the quality and attention to detail in the components make this great biker tent a joy to use. The clever StayDry door has an external rain gutter which ensures you won’t get dripped on when the tent door is open. The flysheet has specifically designed cross-ventilating which encourages airflow significantly reducing condensation in your tent. The Hubba Hubba NX has a good amount of head and elbow room throughout especially for a one man tent, and with the large entry door the Hubba Hubba NX is a very comfortable tent to use. Some Geodesic tents can be complicated to pitch, so MSR have designed the Hubba Hubba NX to be completely the opposite. It has fully colour coded poles and fixtures throughout so it’s incredibly easy to pitch. The ventilation flaps even have keep-open vent tabs to keep them open when you are using the tent on hotter days. The compression pack sack has a very wide opening so there is no issue with packing the Hubba Hubba away when you’re in a rush.
