Only real, hammer forged and folded steel used - no imitations accepted. The repeated folding and flattening process results in a blade that is completely unique. No two blades are exactly the same. Each blade is flat ground and precision heat treated, complete with a high end cryo cycle to remove stress fractures. It is then sharpened only with water cooled stones to ensure that the heat treatment is not disturbed.
