What is a Rebuilt Battery? - A rebuilt battery is a battery that has had all new cells (92 of them) put in a used OEM segway lithium battery casing - It uses a functioning and tested BMS (circuit board) from an OEM Segway battery - This ensures safety and Segway compatibility - These are compatible with all Segways, gen one, two and SE - The battery is neatly resealed with high strength plastic-specific epoxy (not glue) -This ensures a permanent, lasting, watertight seal - All batteries are tested three times - Before completion, after charging, and prior to shipping - Batteries are tested on actual Segways
This is for one set of two New Rebuilt Lithium Segway battery. Same battery, new higher capacity cells inside. This Battery has a capacity of 6.4ah as opposed to 5.2ah in a standard segway battery, which comes out to an extra 6 miles per charge. You're getting a new higher capacity battery for less than the cost of a standard battery. All batteries have been tested and are working great, but are otherwise unused. All batteries are under a WARRANTY for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of delivery against defects; basically everything besides water damage and leaving it uncharged.
