Used but very nice older Eureka 12'x12' cabin tent with awning. Complete and ready to setup has all poles, rain fly, drying hammock, stakes, tie lines, original bag, and manual. All screens and zippers are 100% intact and in good working order. I shook the loose shubbery from the tent and cleaned the loose red clay soil from inside the bag. You may want to clean the white discoration the bottom seems and air it out a little more to rid of that basent odor. This is a very nice tent and very reasonably priced versus buying new. Comes in origal EMS duffle bag. Very cool and vintage tent just like your dad had when you were a kid (or your grandpa.) Please ask any questions you might have before you buy.
