This is a Jeff Smith cutting saddle made in Terrell, Texas. It is full rough out with a 16 inch hard seat, 1 inch Cheyenne roll, 28 inch skirts that are cut out for close contact, real wool, and new aluminum, flat bottom stirrups. The saddle is in very good condition and comes with a back cinch, but no front girth. The saddle has a great seat in it, is very comfortable, and really fits a horse well. I have one just like it.
