50 lbs box of spray dried standard type egg whites. They are from Sonstegard Foods Co. These are great for cafeteria applications of for emergency food storage. 50 lbs of dry eggs goes a long way. They retail for over $800 a box. We purchased about 12 boxes for inputs to a fertilizer program we were doing but now have no use for them.
