This is brand new and of course in perfect condition in unopened box. batteries are not included. this light will need 4 18650 batteries,, they need to be button top and also high drain. if you do not get these type you will not be able to run the light on full I can suggest 3400mah high drain button top batteries for getting the most out of your light. thanks
