I purchased this tent about 3 years ago at an REI garage sale event. The body of the tent was in really in great shape and the only defect was the zipper on the rainfly was ripped. After purchasing the tent I sent the rainfly to Big Agnes for repairs. In turn they sent me a brand new rainfly. I've used the tent twice on two short weekend trips. I also was caught in the rain once and the tent performed perfectly with no leaks. As seen in the picture the entire tent is in really great condition, the zipper on the body works very smoothly. The rainfly is in new condition. The included footprint that retails for $65 is clean with no tears. The poles are in great condition as well. The 9 stakes are really good too. All stuff sacks are fairly clean with no rips or tears. I also took a picture of the bottom of the tent which shows minimal signs of wear but absolutely no rips or tears. There is a small black "X" on the tent corner which signifies it was a return to REI. I have always stored the tent out of the stuff sack in a plastic container to breath and not be compressed or creased.
