Product Information The lightest chair in our furniture family, the Monarch Chair is the original tent-pole chair that brought Alite to fame. Balancing on two legs allows you to rock forward and back. The two legs also allow for sitting (and rocking) comfortably on uneven grounds and hillsides. No chair with four legs will let you do that! The frame is made from lightweight yet durable 7000 series aluminum, and the sling is comfy, ripstop nylon that includes breathable mesh panels. Similar to the Mantis and Mayfly, it collapses down to fit neatly into its matching stuff sack. Weighing in at a feather light 21 ounces, its perfect after a long hike in. And its compact size when collapsed down means you can bring it anywhere... camping, picnics, beach, backyard hangouts, or Game of Thrones viewing party!
