If you decide that it is not exactly what you want, then you may return the saddle for a full refund of the saddle price. There is no refund on shipping and insurance costs. When returning a saddle it is the buyer’s responsibility to insure the saddle for shipping. Any saddle lost or damaged in transit from the customer to us is the customer’s financial responsibility.
