Sky horse saddle, black 15 inch seat.  Top quality saddle, Skyhorse is now located in Durango, Colorado and has been in the custom saddle business for years.  I checked with Lisa, one of the founders of Skyhorse Saddle Co. and here is some info. on this saddle. Made in the early 1980's it was commissioned by a man from CO with the initials CFF.  Since Skyhorse has been around they have only made about 1,000 saddles so this is probably one of the first 100 they made.  This saddle is solid and very well made.  Leather is supple and in great condition, not dried out. Has been well taken care of. It has a plate on the back cantle that says Custom made by Skyhorse in Acadia, CA.  15 inch seat, color black with a beautiful patina. Blevins buckles.  Girth leather on the L has been recently replaced.   Only issue that is cosmetic not affecting the use of this saddle is a 6 to 7 inch cut in the leather on the left side lower seat.  See photo detailing this. It has been there for years and does not affect how the saddle functions.  I have ridden this saddle for 4 years and it has not changed a bit. Gullet is 7 inches, shorter than usual tree so fits short backed horses well.  I am selling as I no longer use it very much, I tend to use my Australian saddle lots more so am selling.  Have discounted it for the blemish present on the left side. Comes with 36 inch girth. Pad not included. High quality saddle for a great price.
