The Haglofs Essens Mimic Jacket The Haglofs Essens Mimic Outdoor Jacket is insulated with synthetic QuadFusion™ Mimic, which has the extraordinary warming characteristics of down, but retains excellent performance even while wet. Lightweight, warm and with mobility enhancing design its an essential piece for the cold.
Warm, lightweight and mobility enhancing. The Haglofs Essens Mimic Jacket will keep on performing even when wet. The main shell construction features Pertex® Microlight - well balanced, providing lightweight weather protection whilst remaining durable and abrasion resistant. Its softness allows insulation to fully loft. Utilising a synthetic insulation the jacket delivers high quality comfort and thermal performance. Quad Fusion Mimic is a brand new and highly synthetic insulation that brings the best of two insulation worlds - down and synthetics - together. Its loose synthetic fibre cluster provide the light, lofty feeling that usually only a down garment can provide but now with the benefits of a synthetic material: easy care, ability to keep you warm even when wet and completely made from man made sustainable material. The technology offers warmth similar to a 700 CUIN fill power down, is highly compressible and it reaches its full performance quickly after being unpacked. With it 100% bluedesign approved recycled polyester short staple fibre content QuadFusion Mimic is from a superb choice. Technical tailoring implemented throughout the jackets design has yielded articulated sleeves with elasticated cuffs and hem from greater anatomical comfort and greater efficiency at retaining heat. Whilst the shorter cut of the jacket is ideal for low pack sizes. Enhancing the freedom of movement offered the jacket also features stretch inserts in the back, allowing the jacket to move with the body.
