This tent is better than new, as it is basically "new and tested" having only been used on two brief outings. The ground cover ($40 value) is included. All parts are included: bags, ties, pole-splint, stakes. Also included are two additional light-weight stakes, which are needed when staking out the head and foot of the tent for optimal ventilation.
