This tent has not seen a lot of use and is still in very good condition. There are no holes in either the tarp, the floor or the netting. Includes 4 titanium stakes and stuff sack. Tent requires 4 stakes minimum (INCLUDED) to set up and a 45-48 inch treking pole (NOT INCLUDED) to set up. The tent has two additional tie out points on the sides for stakes as well. The tent can be set up higher for great ventilation, or set up lower to be more rain resistant. Includes vent at top of tent as well as at the foot of tent. The foot vent can be closed to block wind and rain spray. The lightest fully featured American made sub $200 one person tent at 26.2 ounces including the 4 titanium stakes in a tyvek stake bag. The tent has been seam sealed, and has had a some light seam seal stripes painted on the floor to reduce the chance of your sleeping pad sliding in the tent.
